Extern and Verbal - cross border project. Gearoid's Story - This powerful testmony of the benefits of PEACEIV funding comes from 19 year old Gearoid from Ardoyne in Belfast. Gearoid took part in the €4m, EU funded Third Space project. The Third Space project aims to positively transform the lives of approximately 800 young people aged between 14-24, who have been identified as being vulnerable and at risk, and allowing those from different communities, cultural, and religious backgrounds; as well as rural areas, to undertake a personalised self-development and training programme. The project operates across Northern Ireland, Cavan and Donegal.
